SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We carefully prepare and dispatch all Marlenka products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Thursday to avoid delays over weekends and maintain product quality.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery times within Australia are typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery of Goods

Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Please note that deliveries to residential addresses are typically made without a signature and may be left in a safe place at the courier’s discretion. Marlenka Australia cannot accept responsibility for orders once delivered.

Our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes.

We strongly recommend providing delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. leave at front door, rear entrance, or with a neighbor) to ensure a smooth delivery. By selecting Authority to Leave, you authorise the courier to leave your order at the specified location.

If no authority is provided and delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left with instructions to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.

Temperature & Storage
Our cakes are shipped under controlled conditions. Upon delivery, please refrigerate immediately and store as per the product guidelines to maintain freshness.

Free shipping on orders over $99.

Flat rate shipping applies to orders below this amount.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Important
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Marlenka products are of the highest quality; however, as they are temperature sensitive, exposure to high temperatures may affect their condition. While carefully prepared and resilient, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order, as we cannot guarantee quality if it is left unattended for extended periods.
