This roulade is rich, decadent yet surprisingly soft. Filled with a smooth cream complimented by succulent blueberries, which has been freeze dried (lyophilised). This method is used to preserve the real colour of the fruit, enhance sensory experience and maximize the fruit's content of vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Can I freeze MARLENKA products?

Yes. MARLENKA products can be frozen before the Best Before date to extend their storage life. When you’re ready to enjoy them, simply remove the product from the freezer and allow it to naturally return to room temperature. Thawing in the refrigerator is not required.
